Our boiler installations start from £1,700 +VAT for the Silver package, which includes a new entry-level A-rated boiler, professional Gas Safe installation, removal of your old boiler, and a manufacturer warranty. Our most popular Gold package starts from £2,150 +VAT and includes a system cleanse, premium magnetic filter, and smart thermostat. All our installations begin with a quick guide price, followed by a free home survey to provide a Guaranteed Fixed Price. No hidden costs - the price we quote is the price you pay.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes, absolutely. Every Platinum Boilers engineer is Gas Safe registered, fully qualified, and regularly assessed to ensure they meet the highest industry standards. You can verify our registration at any time through the Gas Safe Register. Your safety is our top priority.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Sussex, including Brighton, Hove, Eastbourne, Hastings, Lewes, Worthing, Crawley, Bexhill, Peacehaven, and Seaford, as well as surrounding towns and villages. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please give us a call - we're always happy to help.
Can you help me choose the right boiler?
Of course. Our engineers will assess your property - including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and your hot water usage patterns - and recommend the most suitable boiler. We'll explain the options clearly and give you all the information you need to make the right decision. There's never any pressure to buy.
Do you offer finance options?
We're currently finalising our finance options and plan to offer 0% APR finance in the near future. In the meantime, we accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. Please ask about our current payment options when you request your quote.
How do I book a boiler installation?

We'll give you an initial guide price, then arrange a convenient time to survey your property (this is free and no obligation) to provide you with a Guaranteed Fixed Price quote. Once you're happy, we'll schedule the installation at a time that suits you.
Do you install LPG boilers?
Yes, we do. We're fully qualified to install, service, and repair LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) boilers, which are ideal for properties that aren't connected to the mains gas network. Many homes across rural Sussex rely on LPG, and we regularly carry out installations in these areas. We supply LPG-compatible models from leading manufacturers including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, and Ideal, all rated A for energy efficiency. Our engineers hold the specific LPG qualifications required on top of their Gas Safe registration, so you can be confident the work is carried out safely and to the highest standard.
